Sample menu Canapés - Smoked salmon, chives and crème fraîche on blinis - Truffle and mushroom arancini, aioli, Parmesan cheese - Peking duck pancakes Sourdough bread and butter to start before entrées Entrées - Burrata cheese, fennel jam, toasted baguette, EVOO - Sydney rock oysters, mignonette dressing - Salmon carpaccio, mixed herb vinaigrette, rocket and tobiko - Seared sea scallops, garlic butter, crispy eschalots (4pp) - Yellowfin tuna tartare, soy sesame dressing, cucumber, crispy flatbread Mains - Cone Bay barramundi, Asian greens, soy ginger dressing - King prawn spaghettini, coconut tom yum sauce, kaffir lime - MB4+ bone-in ribeye, red wine jus, confit kipfler potatoes, charred broccolini - Prosciutto wrapped lamb loin with cranberry and caramelised onion stuffing, pomme purée, roasted eggplant, mint sauce - Garlic and herb marinated rack of lamb, cumin yoghurt, creamed spinach Desserts - Cheese board (Selection of hard and soft cheeses, condiments, crackers, fresh fruit) - Tiramisu - Mixed berry and meringue Eton mess - Vanilla pannacotta, berry coulis, lemon crumble Three courses start from $150pp for 2-4 pax, $120pp for 5-8 pax, $100pp for 9-16 pax. Menu is flexible and all dietary requirements can be accommodated with advance notice, please get in touch for an accurate quote for your meal as all prices are menu dependant.
